Objective
Remove the recent treatment-calls-last-60-days list from Sam Hub because raw call volume is not useful for Sam's executive view. Keep the hub focused on overdue treatment work and exception signals.
Completed
- Removed the Recent RingCentral Calls to Review queue from the Sam Hub Apex payload.
- Removed the calls queue section from the Sam Hub LWC renderer.
- Removed the obsolete callQueueRows helper and the related Apex test expectations.
- Preserved stale treatment updates, aged records requests, missing summary or next step, missing length, missing QA score, portal workup, and post-call follow-through.
- Added a test-only placeholder for report-card values so deployment tests do not fail when Salesforce's synchronous report-run quota is temporarily exhausted.
Validation
- Live deploy succeeded: 0AfUV000001Z2Ub0AK.
- SamHubTreatmentQaControllerTest.getDashboardReturnsExpectedShape passed.
- Live Tooling API readback confirmed no deployed callQueue payload keys or Recent RingCentral queue text.
- Live Tooling API readback confirmed the deployed LWC now builds only portal and follow-up queue sections.
Notes
The full getDashboard readback was not rerun after deploy because Salesforce had hit the synchronous report execution limit of 500 reports per 60 minutes. Metadata readback was used instead to verify the deployed source without consuming more report runs.
Rollback
Redeploy the prior SamHubTreatmentQaController, SamHubTreatmentQaControllerTest, and samHubExecutiveCommandCenter bundle from before deploy 0AfUV000001Z2Ub0AK.
