1. Session Overview
The Friday June 5, 2026 Weekly Skill Drift Audit cron ran and found 3 HIGH / 5 MEDIUM drifts on aguiarinjurylawyers.com. Two GitHub issues were opened (#10 Winchester missing TOC, #11 office-label repeat), a Notion entry was posted, and Sam was notified. Sam then said "Make the fixes please" and the session moved into patching Winchester (/winchester/) and Brandenburg (/locations/brandenburg/).
The goal: ship the fixes to production, close GH #10 + #11 with a cross-link to #5 (Georgetown office labels, still open), update the Notion entry, send Sam an in-app notification.
The goal evolved across two rounds of Sam corrections (June 8, then June 11). The final corrected 9-change diff uses canonical approved patterns from sa-copywrite-design, sa-design-elements, toc-design, and sa-sidebar-option-a. Sam asked for a handoff on June 11 at 8:45 PM EDT before approving deployment.
2. What Was Accomplished
- Ran the June 5 Friday cron end-to-end: WP REST pulled the week's shipped changes, mapped to owning skills, diffed live HTML against skill docs, ranked findings by risk, opened GH #10 and #11, updated Notion, notified Sam.
- Pulled current page HTML for Winchester (48,354 chars) and Brandenburg (76,183 chars) and saved raw JSON + cleaned HTML to disk.
- Drafted v1 diff. Sam reviewed and rejected with specific corrections (June 8).
- Drafted v2 diff with Sam's June 8 corrections baked in. Sam couldn't see the shared file ("i don't have 10 rows with selectable answers").
- Reposted the diff inline in chat. Sam reviewed June 11 and rejected hard: trust strip change proposed a retired pattern, sidebar replacement used a deprecated hand-rolled structure, FAQ #8 still used "crash" and missed UVPs, TOC didn't use the approved toc-design canonical.
- Reloaded sa-copywrite-design, sa-design-elements, toc-design, sa-sidebar-option-a, sa-sidebar-option-b to verify approved patterns. Discovered Winchester sidebar is fully hand-rolled (not any approved option A/B/C/D), the trust strip canonical IS the 4-item Forbes/Super Lawyers/BSG/$0 OOP per §3.2, and the TOC canonical is the live

3. What Was Tried and Didn't Work
- share_file for the diff: Sam couldn't see the side-by-side markdown file in chat ("i don't have 10 rows with selectable answers and i do not have a link or mockup to see"). Going forward, the next agent should present the diff inline in the message body, not via share_file.
