• Patched Skills/playwright-visual-qa/SKILL.md to remove stale forms-deprecated guidance and route current hero/palette checks through sa-copywrite-design and sail-design-foundation.
• Promoted sa-cta-image-banner from active Codex into Projects/Skills, patched governance routing, and updated old orange token usage in its reference HTML.
• Patched Skills/sa-design-elements/SKILL.md so it is clearly a catalog/source map, not an enforcement gate or router back to sa-template-reference.
• Kept sa-page-architect, sa-design-system, and website-rules-new as redirect stubs.
• Archived duplicate SKILL 2.md files from website-rules-new in Projects and active Codex.
• Mirrored all six target skills from Projects to /Users/samaguiar/.codex/skills.
• Added playwright-visual-qa and sa-cta-image-banner to Skills/SKILL-INDEX.md.
• Refreshed local workbook: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Codex-Skills/skill-inventory-conflicts-2026-06-10.xlsx.

• diff -qr matched all six target directories between Projects/Skills and active Codex.
• Copy-suffixed duplicates are gone from target active paths.
• Focused stale-router scan returned clean for sa-template-reference, sa-brand-decisions, sa-copywriting, and old forms-deprecated language in the target batch.
• skill_registry_check.py still fails on broader pre-existing registry drift, now at 22 errors and 5 warnings outside this batch.
