Objective

Revise the Litify case-manager command-center reporting language and metrics based on Sam's feedback, using live Litify data and preserving a global command-center view plus Trent's hub view.

• Added scripts/build_case_manager_command_center.py for live, read-only active non-resolution reporting.
• Generated the global command-center package at analytics/case_manager_command_center_2026-06-12/.
• Generated Trent's hub package at analytics/case_manager_command_center_trent_2026-06-12/.
• Moved Treatment Load By Case Manager directly below the executive summary.
• Removed the confusing pre-call portal workup, QA follow-up, and post-call follow-through framing from revised outputs.
• Removed P1/P2 tier framing and standalone ratio language from the revised outputs.
• Excluded matters assigned to Nathaniel Hatfield as test cases.
• Added unrated cases, cases in Negotiation by case manager, demands pending review, Demand Prep over 21 days, Negotiation over 60 days without an offer, Roundtable over 14 days, and rolling 30-day dropped/fired/referred outcomes.

• Global active non-resolution: 977 matters after excluding 2 Nathaniel Hatfield test matters.
• Global flags: 48 unrated; 27 demands pending review; 104 Demand Prep over 21 days; 35 Negotiation over 60 days without an offer; 3 Roundtable over 14 days; 19 dropped/fired/referred in rolling 30 days.
• Trent active non-resolution: 140 matters; 2 unrated; 10 demands pending review; 8 Demand Prep over 21 days; 3 Negotiation over 60 days without an offer; 2 Roundtable over 14 days; 4 dropped/fired/referred in rolling 30 days.

Field Decisions

• Stage aging uses litify_pm__Matter__History for litify_pm__Matter_Stage_Activity__c when available, then Working_Status_at__c or open date as a documented fallback.
• Demand pending review means an Insurance record has Demand_Drafted__c or Demand_Revised__c, no Demand_Reviewed_with_Client__c, and no Demand_Sent__c.
• Negotiation over 60 days without offer requires stage = Negotiation, stage age over 60 days, offer_count = 0, and offer_event_count = 0.
• Roundtable over 14 days requires Roundtable__c = Needs to Be Reviewed and roundtable age over 14 days.
