Session objective
Sam wanted the Open Matters by Stage visualization to remain glanceable, but did not want a giant open Treatment matter list on the hub. Each stage tile needed to link to a standalone source report.
Completed
- Created eight reports in the Sam Reports folder for Treatment, Negotiation, Resolution, Demand Prep, Litigation, Trial, Intake, and No Stage Set.
- Updated SamHubTreatmentQaController so each Open Matters by Stage card opens its matching report.
- Updated the Sam Hub panel link label to All stages report.
- Preserved the visual stage-card layout and avoided adding a 400+ row matter list to the hub.
