Complete the April 2026 credentials quarantine reconcile and deprecate the sensitive handoff/materials that were still causing hygiene drift.

Completed

Backed up .credentials/vault.env and the full .credentials/quarantine-2026-04-18/ folder before cleanup.
Confirmed the Salesforce/Litify login variables, ElevenLabs key, and Formspree read-only key were already present in .credentials/vault.env.
Merged the only still-missing recommended value into .credentials/vault.env as RINGCENTRAL_LITIFY_ANALYTICS_JWT.
Deleted duplicate/stale quarantine files and removed the empty design-credentials quarantine subfolder.
Left Sarah Parisi's temporary credential note on hold until rotation is confirmed.
Moved the original sensitive reconcile handoff from admin/handoffs/ into .credentials/_archive/.
Added a redacted completion handoff at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/handoffs/HANDOFF-quarantine-reconcile-completed-2026-06-12.md.
Updated /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/TODO-AGENT-START-HERE.md so future agents no longer ask Sam to approve the completed reconcile.

Quarantine now contains only README.md and litify-spring-cleaning/Sarah Parisi Temporary Credentials.md.
Vault presence check reports all expected variables present, without printing values.
The original sensitive handoff is removed from admin/handoffs/ and archived under .credentials/_archive/.
Folder hygiene was rerun and now reports 6 hard violations from broader root/Repos drift, not from the April quarantine reconcile.

After Sarah confirms sign-in and credential rotation, delete her temporary credential note and remove the remaining quarantine folder.
Broader 2026-06-12 folder hygiene report still needs a separate cleanup pass: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/session_logs/folder-hygiene-2026-06-12.md.
