Correct the live Sam Hub so Sam sees his canonical Sam's Dashboard metrics first, in the same order, as large number tiles with source report links.

What Changed

• Source dashboard: 01Z8W000001MHSnUAO / Sam's Dashboard in Company Dashboards.
• SamHubTreatmentQaController.dashboardSections() now uses the 19 canonical dashboard report IDs and aggregate keys in Dashboard API row/column order.
• The top Sam Hub UI now renders Sam's Dashboard before treatment-call QA lanes and queues.
• Receivables now uses s!litify_pm__Resolution__c.Net_Attorney_Fee_Not_Paid_Yet__c instead of the wrong count aggregate.
• The visible UI does not say redesigned; the LWC wrapper class is now canonical-dashboard.
• All 19 number tiles link to their source Salesforce reports.

Continue Sam Hub work from the canonical dashboard order first. Preserve the 19 large Sam's Dashboard tiles at the top unless Sam explicitly asks to change the order. Add treatment-call QA, provider workup, records-pull, and post-call follow-through sections below the canonical metrics, not above them.
