Accomplished

• Reframed CLAUDE.md as the Claude-facing companion to AGENTS.md and added explicit precedence for FOLDER-INDEX.md, AI-CONVENTIONS.md, Skills/SKILL-INDEX.md, skill files, and live-system readback.
• Replaced unsafe git pull / git add -A guidance with status-first, pull-if-clean, fetch-if-dirty, and explicit-path staging guidance.
• Preserved and tightened the June 12 Cloudways Flexible/Vultr WordPress access correction.
• Replaced retired workspace-v2 active-work guidance with Repos/sail-*, admin/scratch, and domain repo staging guidance.
• Updated website/content/design routing to sa-copywrite-design, sail-design-foundation, sa-design-elements, and pre-publish-qa.
• Replaced missing definition-of-done and task-qa closeout references with the active post-run-qa-reflection skill.
• Replaced stale custom-vs-generic plugin mappings with current high-confidence routes and an index-first verification rule.
• Clarified that Foundry orange button backgrounds do not override form or practice-area page restrictions.

• Reviewed recent admin/session_logs, admin/handoffs, and admin/pending_handoffs listings.
• Queried memory for recent Cloudways Flexible, form QA, skill routing, Notion export, and sa-copywrite-design evidence.
• Ran git fetch origin main instead of git pull origin main because the worktree was already dirty.
• Ran git diff --check -- CLAUDE.md: passed with no whitespace errors.
• Ran git diff --stat -- CLAUDE.md: 96 lines changed, 52 insertions and 44 deletions.
• Created local session log: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/session_logs/claude-md-reconciliation-2026-06-12.session.md.
