Klientura: CRM & Sales helps small business owners and sales professionals manage clients, deals, tasks and activities. Klientura is a local-first app: your CRM records are stored only on your device. The app sends limited anonymous product analytics that never includes your CRM content. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved, how it is used, and how to contact us.

Summary

• Klientura stores your clients, deals, tasks, notes and activities locally on your device.
• We do not operate user accounts and we do not receive a copy of your CRM data. We operate a limited analytics endpoint that receives anonymous product events only.
• Klientura does not track you across other apps or websites, shows no ads, and does not use the Apple advertising identifier.

Information stored on your device

The following is created and kept on your device only, and is not transmitted to us:

• Client records you enter, such as names, companies, phone numbers, emails, addresses, tags and notes.
• Deals, tasks, reminders, activities and history you create.
• Contacts you choose to import from your device address book. Import happens on-device; imported contacts are not sent to us or any third party.

You can delete this data at any time using “Delete all data” in the app’s settings, or by removing the app.

Product analytics

Klientura sends limited anonymous product events, such as app launch, activation completion, paywall views, purchase flow events, and creation of a client, deal, or task. Each event may include a random installation identifier, event time, app version and build number, language, and locale.

Analytics events never include names, contact details, notes, deal values, task text, address-book contents, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking data. The analytics server stores only a one-way hash of the random installation identifier. These events are used to understand product usage and improve Klientura, are not linked to your identity, and are deleted after 180 days.

Subscriptions and purchases

Klientura offers an optional paid subscription (Klientura Pro). Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. When you purchase or restore a subscription, RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription information (such as product ID, transaction and subscription status), a randomly generated app user identifier, and basic device information needed to deliver entitlements. This data is used only to provide and restore your paid access. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
