Sam approved the June 11 daily-pulse cleanup choices. Applied reversible local patches: build_report.py now prints live-vs-aggregate backlog reconciliation and a B2 triage shortlist; SKILL.md already documents successful routine logs as Complete with completion-log. Rollback copies are in /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Skills/sail-kb-daily-pulse/ with bak-2026-06-13-triage-* and bak-2026-06-13-recurring-log-handling-* names. This page was reclassified from Needs Follow-up to Complete because the run itself completed cleanly and its specific pending improvements were applied.
