Objective

Build Sam's Hub as the new Salesforce/Litify homepage: a clean executive command center for CEO, COO, CMO, and CFO visibility, starting from the existing Sam homepage dashboard and the attorney-hub UI pattern.

What changed

• Added SamHubTreatmentQaController and SamHubTreatmentQaControllerTest.
• Added LWC samHubExecutiveCommandCenter.
• Inserted the command center at the top of existing Sams_Hub.flexipage-meta.xml while preserving the existing dashboard/report tabs below it.
• Added app-page/tab candidate Sam_Hub for attorney-hub-style navigation.

• litify_pm__Matter__c: open Treatment matters, providers, treatment updates, employment/lost-wage status, damages, Drive folder link.
• SAIL_Call_Log__c: last-60-day treatment-linked RingCentral logs, call scores, duration, summaries, next steps, external call links.
• litify_pm__Request__c: active medical-record requests tied to open Treatment matters.

Live counts at staging

• 429 open Treatment matters.
• 1,515 last-60-day treatment-linked call logs.
• 1,649 active medical-request rows tied to open Treatment matters.

Hub lanes

• CEO: high-exposure treatment matters and stale treatment updates.
• COO: active medical requests, missing providers, and workflow hygiene.
• CMO: treatment-call quality, recent call volume, missing summaries/next steps.
• CFO: open treatment damages, high-damage treatment files, and portal-workup pressure.
