Cloudways API confirmed server 1615235, saguiar-prod-vultr-atl, was running.
SSH on port 22 confirmed the active WordPress app is fctbkwwahp, mapped to aguiarinjurylawyers.com.
Found /home/1615235.cloudwaysapps.com/fctbkwwahp/public_html/.maintenance created at 2026-06-09 16:33:08 UTC with content <?php $upgrading = 1781022788; ?>.
Recent filesystem changes showed wp-content/upgrade/kadence-blocks.3.7.5 extraction at the same timestamp.
Active plugin state showed kadence-blocks remained on 3.7.2 with update still available, meaning the update did not complete.
Auto-update settings include kadence-blocks/kadence-blocks.php.
Logs showed WordPress filesystem updater warnings: chmod(): Operation not permitted, consistent with the update failing and leaving maintenance mode active.
Cleared the stale maintenance lock by copying it to /home/1615235.cloudwaysapps.com/fctbkwwahp/public_html/.maintenance.cleared-20260609-164226.bak and removing only the active .maintenance file.
