Run the recurring command-center iteration loop as a test, learn, and improve pass on the live operating surface.

What Improved

• Treated /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sail-command-center as the active surface and checked it in live mode.
• Verified current source truth instead of trusting stale mock context:
  • Notion live Needs Follow-up helper count: 233
  • Litify live checks: MVA leads today 0, MVA leads MTD 52, MVA signed MTD 21, MVA missing source 9, Paid ad spend YTD $932,953.85
• Confirmed hosted state separately from auth behavior:
  • Render /api/health returned 200
  • Vercel /api/health returned 401 because deployment protection is active
  • Vercel API showed the projects app production target READY and the latest preview READY and STAGED
• Refreshed the local Connector OS snapshot through the app cron route in live mode using a temporary local-only CRON_SECRET, which moved the file-backed persistence to 2026-06-08T11:36:26.518Z and populated current connector run metadata.

QA Evidence

• sf org list --json confirmed LITIFY_ORG is connected
• Live SOQL checks succeeded for sampled homepage metrics
• /api/health, /api/dashboard-data, /api/connectors, and /api/cron/connectors were exercised locally
• Desktop and mobile browser smoke checks both showed Trust check: live, Connector OS, and Where Sam's memory lives
