TL;DR
All three write lanes were dead simultaneously, so this run degraded to REPORT MODE per the task file's Phase 6 rule. Read paths still worked, so the full inventory of pages/posts missing a hero (featured_media=0) was completed without touching the live site. 12 entities flagged for hero generation + deploy on the next viable run.
What was done
- Phase 0: Skills preload + disk preflight. Disk preflight returned ENOSPC immediately (sandbox could not even create its own claude-NNNN tmp dir).
- Phase 1: Probed write lanes in ranked order.
- Lane A (Bash + curl): dead. ENOSPC: no space left on device. Per task file, did not loop or retry.
- Lane B (Chrome javascript_tool): dead. PreToolUse hook denial: Arbitrary JavaScript execution is disabled in unsupervised mode.
- Lane C (Pipedream WP): no dedicated WP MCP surfaced in this session.
- Lane D (SSH/WP-CLI): no SSH path available in this sandbox state.
- Phase 2: Exhaustive WP REST pagination via Chrome navigate + get_page_text (read-only). 4 pages of /pages (338 total) + 3 pages of /posts (209 total). Paced 3-5s between requests, no rate-limit hits.
- Phases 3 / 4: SKIPPED. With all three write lanes dead, deeper signal analysis and hero generation+deploy were not actionable. The task file is explicit that REPORT MODE supersedes Phases 3-4 when write paths are down.
- Phase 5: Cross-check of /car-accident-injuries/* pages — zero hits in the featured_media=0 set. No injury-series flag needed.
- Phase 6: REPORT MODE inventory compiled (below).
- Phase 7: This Notion export.
