What was done

Daily repo-health scan of all 12 in-scope SAIL repos. Local runner again exceeded the 45s sandbox ceiling (checkpoint 5 days stale; background processes do not survive across isolated bash calls), so I used the hosted Cloudflare Worker per repo with ?repo=<spec>&detail=full for complete remote truth, plus direct local git reads and direct GitHub API calls for CI runs and Dependabot run dates. Full report: Codex/repo-health/2026-06-05.md. QA queue mirror: Codex/_qa-queue/2026-06-05.md.

Importance: Medium. No outage, no failing CI in window, no missing critical secrets. Several standing QA decisions remain open.

Notable working-tree movement

Why the session ended

Completed normally. All sections produced; report, QA-queue mirror, and this export written.

Autonomous-execution note

No autonomous git writes. Dirty trees are either main-branch (commits/pushes blocked) or hold other agents' live work (coordination rule), or the sail-knowledge security hotfix (hands-off). sail-litify push -u would be protective but I held: cannot confirm sandbox push under ~/Documents/, and the remote branch was deleted by a prior process — re-pushing could resurrect abandoned work. Flagged for Sam instead.
