Session Objective

Tighten the staged Attorney Hub Client Birthdays section before live deploy by adding duplicate suppression and safer SMS eligibility rules.

What Was Accomplished

Updated AttorneyHubBirthdayService so each client appears once, preferring current/open Matters over closed settlement Matters when duplicates exist.
Added SMS draft suppression for deceased clients, minors, unknown age, no prior two-way SMS history, SMS STOP, birthday text opt-out, missing phone, missing attorney first name, or missing case manager first name.
Added client email to the birthday card payload and UI.
Added Email instead action when SMS is suppressed for missing SMS history, minor or unknown age, SMS STOP, or missing phone and the client has an email address.
Kept RingCentral behavior review-first: the button opens a draft and does not send automatically.
Updated Nick and Payton Client Service LWC cards and contract tests.
Updated local docs in docs/litify-environment-diary.md and OPS_LEDGER.md.

LITIFY_ORG was connected.
Account fields confirmed live: litify_pm__Date_of_birth__c, Date_of_Death__c, litify_pm__Email__c, litify_pm__Phone_Mobile__c, Phone, and SMS_STOP__c.
Matter fields confirmed live: client lookup, principal attorney lookup, and case manager lookup.
No separate Matter deceased field was found. I did not stage a duplicate Matter deceased field because linked client Account.Date_of_Death__c already exists live and is reachable through the Matter client lookup.
SAIL_SMS_Message__c fields confirmed live: Matter__c, Party__c, Direction__c, To_Number__c, and From_Number__c.

Static checks passed: git diff --check, LWC node --check, and retired Risk Radar scan.
Salesforce check-only validation 0AfUV000001YUKr0AO succeeded with 9 components and 2 Apex tests.
