Session Objective

Replace the dead local gws fresh-Drive dependency in the Trent Burns Treatment-stage ExactaCare/Aptiva provider-pull workflow with a connector-backed Google Drive traversal path, rerun the queue, and keep Litify updates plus adjuster communications in draft-only human-review mode.

What Was Accomplished

• Patched scripts/run_exacta_aptiva_treatment_queue.py so --drive-mode auto selects the newest connector-backed Drive scan cache by default.
• Kept gws as explicit legacy mode only. Normal connector-cache runs do not probe it.
• Retained --require-fresh-drive as a deprecated alias for --require-connector-cache.
• Patched scripts/analyze_exacta_aptiva_treatment.py so cache-backed folder scans are labeled by source, including connector-cache.
• Added safety-mode fields to generated summaries.
• Reran the queue into analytics/exacta_aptiva_treatment_review_2026-06-04/.
• Added handoff: handoffs/HANDOFF-exacta-aptiva-connector-drive-queue-2026-06-04.md.
• Updated OPS_LEDGER.md and docs/litify-environment-diary.md.

Verification

• Live Salesforce preflight: LITIFY_ORG connected and returned Matter rows.
• Google Drive connector spot check reached Cheryl Lucas's linked Matter folder, then Exhibits/Medical Records/Bills, and returned Aptiva IS PDFs.
• python3 -m py_compile scripts/analyze_exacta_aptiva_treatment.py scripts/run_exacta_aptiva_treatment_queue.py scripts/verify_exacta_aptiva_treatment_queue.py passed.
• python3 scripts/run_exacta_aptiva_treatment_queue.py --drive-mode auto --require-connector-cache --out-dir analytics/exacta_aptiva_treatment_review_2026-06-04 passed.
• python3 scripts/verify_exacta_aptiva_treatment_queue.py --out-dir analytics/exacta_aptiva_treatment_review_2026-06-04 --require-linked-drive-scanned passed.

• 66 Trent Treatment-stage open matters.
• 36 provider rows: 22 Aptiva, 14 ExactaCare.
