Importance: High. Audit task: Done. Recommended actions: Pending Sam's go.

What was done

Ran the firm's 12 core AI-visibility queries through two live-web, citation-bearing engines: Perplexity (Sonar) and ChatGPT (GPT-4o with web search). Scored the firm and 11 tracked competitors 0–3 per query, built the comparison matrix and citation source map, compared against the 2026-05-08 baseline, and did live diagnostics on the site (page existence, schema depth, robots.txt AI-crawler rules).

Headline results

Still losing (unchanged since May — these ARE the opportunity)

Key new diagnosis

Unlike May, the Lexington and truck pages now exist (200), are schema-rich (FAQ + LocalBusiness + Attorney/LegalService), have inline .gov citations, and robots.txt allows every AI crawler (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, OAI-SearchBot, Google-Extended). So the gap is authority + retrieval (Bing/Google ranking the AI engines pull from) + off-site signals, not missing pages or blocked bots. The fix shifted from "build the page" to "make the page win the citation."

Why the session ended

Audit complete and report delivered. No blockers. Recommendations are staged and awaiting Sam's go on which to execute.
