Summary of work done

Ran the daily Litify attribution GCLID propagation automation from the durable canonical repo surface and used the generated JSON report as the command-lane source of truth.

Blocking issue

The standing webform conflict is still INT-26042754516. Two linked Web_Form__c rows carry different GCLIDs and both disagree with the existing nonblank Intake GCLID, so safe write conditions were not met.

Read-only Outlook and live-object audit

• Nicole Sheffer webform mail carried a concrete Google Ads GCLID. Live Intake INT-26060355494 already holds the same GCLID. No linked Web_Form__c row found yet. No Matter yet.
• Kyesha Hamilton webform mail carried a concrete Google Ads GCLID. Live Intake INT-26060255472 already holds the same GCLID. No linked Web_Form__c row found yet. No Matter yet. A RingSense task [RingSense] Outbound call with Kyesha Hamilton exists on the linked account.
• SpeedAI signed lead Misty Lovings mapped live to Intakes INT-26060255481 and INT-26060255480, plus Matters MAT-26060268067 and MAT-26060268066. All four remain blank for GCLID.
• SpeedAI unsigned lead Unknown (5024428028) did not create a new same-day Intake. The phone matches prior Google Ads-backed Intake INT-26052955388 and CallRail logs CRAIL-26060214454 and CRAIL-26052914246, both already carrying the same nonblank GCLID. Same-day RingSense inbound and outbound tasks also exist on that account.
• SpeedAI unsigned lead Daniel Rolph matched unlinked CallRail logs CRAIL-26060214432 and CRAIL-26060214431, both blank for GCLID. No matching Intake, Matter, or Task found in the live slice.
• SpeedAI unsigned lead Sherry did not produce a confident same-day live match. Only older Sherry Mayberry RingSense tasks surfaced, so that lane remains unresolved.
