Summary
Sam clarified that practice page QA is critical and that the same standard should apply to injury pages, topical pages, and all blog posts. I updated the recurring QA instructions so future runs must check topic and search-intent fit, humanized client-centered language, approved SA template elements, schema alignment with visible content, SEO technical basics, images, and alt text.
