What was done

Generated the daily KB pulse over the SAIL Knowledge Base via the v3 REST paged-query path (notion_paged_query.py). All 8 buckets paginated to exhaustion with zero cap hits, so totals are true. Built the report with build_report.py, wrote the deliverable plus three mirrors (workspace, Codex archive, QA queue), and applied one auto-fix.

Why this run differed (fallbacks)

Script vault paths are macOS-style + a stale /sessions/practical-trusting-feynman/ path; neither resolves in this sandbox. Passed NOTION_API_KEY via env. No impact.
kb_live_backlog.py helper is absent → live_backlog_count omitted. Needs Follow-up total (305) taken from the complete paginated buckets (all follow-up buckets has_more=false, matches full status count), so the count is accurate; only the cosmetic 'Backlog count as of' line is missing.
Canonical Projects/Skills/sail-kb-daily-pulse/ was missing notion_paged_query.py (only the Claude/Scheduled mirror had it). Auto-fixed: copied the REST helper into the canonical Skills folder (pure add, nothing overwritten) per the 2026-05-20 standing approval.

Recommended next actions (pending approval)

F1 (recommended A): Drop the live_backlog_count dependency from build_report.py/SKILL and rely on the complete bucket tally (it already matches the full status count). Removes a perpetually-missing helper. Alt: rebuild kb_live_backlog.py.
