Respond to Sam's concern that the first Trent caseload report was too surface-level for negotiation files. Build a deeper first-pass review that answers limits, client preference notes, value boosters, pending requests, missing case-file evidence, and draft closing status.

• Verified LITIFY_ORG live access and used live Salesforce/Litify reads.
• Pulled the top 12 priority negotiation matters from the June 3 triage package.
• Queried Matter, Insurance, Negotiation, Request, Task, Litify Note body, Damage, Treatment, Expense, Resolution, EmailMessage, Salesforce file links, and Attachments.
• Confirmed actual Litify note body field: litify_pm__lit_Note__c.litify_pm__lit_Note__c.
• Searched Google Drive by client name for direct case-file evidence and draft/closing sheets.
• Created local deep-review artifacts and a native Google Doc supplement.
• Updated docs/litify-environment-diary.md and OPS_LEDGER.md with the deep-review standard.

Main findings

• The first report's biggest weakness was treating missing Salesforce-linked files as missing file evidence.
• In the first 12 negotiation files, 9 had draft/closing evidence in Drive search results, but Salesforce/Matter file links did not show those documents.
• Every reviewed Matter lacked a populated Case_Folder_Google_Drive__c link.
• Initial broad Drive search did not show closing spreadsheets for Michael Robnett, Jo Ann Thomas, and John Hamilton; the later damages/bills addendum corrected this for Robnett and Hamilton after tighter bill/closing searches found closing spreadsheets. Jo Ann remains the no-closing-found file in this first-12 tranche.
