Session Objective

Sam selected option A: stage a Spanish-aware footer-builder/template update so the last footer bridge in the mu-plugin can eventually be retired.

What Was Found

• The footer CTA source is in WordPress option ihaf_insert_footer.
• Server backups were created under /home/master/codex-backups/spanish-footer-template-20260603/.
• widget_block was also backed up, but it did not contain the footer CTA strings.
• The option is static global footer HTML, not a server-side per-page template. A safe staged source approach is to carry English and Spanish CTA spans and switch them with CSS based on html[lang="es-US"].

Staged Design

• Adds CSS inside the existing footer style block.
• Default behavior keeps .sal-footer-lang-es hidden.
• On html[lang="es-US"], English footer CTA spans hide and Spanish footer CTA spans show.
• English pages should continue showing FREE CASE REVIEW, English description, and CALL NOW.
• Spanish pages should show REVISION DE CASO, Spanish description, and LLAME AHORA.
