Component Count Discrepancy
- Contract specified 83 core components plus 10 sub-components and 12 templates
- Client's Confluence documentation shows approximately 100 components
- Source code analysis reveals 250+ components, including legacy and deprecated code
- Client provided updated Confluence list this morning with 20-25 additional components
- Fields in source code don't always match Confluence documentation
Proposed Resolution Approach
- Team will complete audit comparing Confluence list against source code to identify all discrepancies
- Will present findings to client with recommendation to use component names from Confluence but field definitions from source code (as it reflects live site)
