Every time a potential client reached out, the process was fully manual — someone had to notice the inquiry, send a reply, and log the details somewhere before following up. With no system in place, responses were inconsistent, details got lost, and the experience felt disorganised for both sides.

What I Built

A fully automated inquiry handling system triggered directly from the business's website contact form.

The workflow:

  1. A potential client fills out the contact form on the website (name, email, service needed, message)
  2. The form sends the data instantly to Make via a custom webhook
  3. Make automatically sends a personalised acknowledgement email to the client within seconds
  4. The client's details are simultaneously logged into a Google Sheet for follow-up tracking
