• Session data — your session ID and selected coaching mode
• Usage patterns — how you interact with the app

We do not collect your name, email, or payment information at this stage of the app.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Deliver the AI coaching experience
• Maintain conversation context within a session
• Improve the app's performance and behavior

4. Third-Party Processing — OpenAI

IQuit uses OpenAI's API to power the AI coach. All messages you send are processed by OpenAI's servers. Currently, OpenAI may use these inputs and outputs to improve their models.

We recommend you do not share personally identifiable information in your conversations with the coach.
