What was done

Sam said "update skills to move to foundry." Migrated 48 lagging skill / brand-instruction .md docs across the Repos tree.

• #F89C22 -> #D97706 (Foundry primary), #e58a10 -> #B45309 (Foundry Deep), rgba(248,156,34..) -> rgba(217,119,6..), RGB triplet and placehold.co swatch updated.
• 10 policy lines rewritten: the 2026-05-28 rule now PERMITS Foundry orange CTA/button fills (white label 14pt+ bold or 18pt+, or black text any size) while still banning orange section/page/banner/card backgrounds and all orange gradients. Files touched include firm-briefing copies (templates, marketing), website-rules, pre-publish-qa, sa-template-reference (+ brand design sheet), and sail-seo AI-CONVENTIONS.

Why

CLAUDE.md (2026-05-28) made Foundry #D97706 the brand orange. The canonical Skills/sail-design-foundation was already migrated, but per-domain copies (sa-template-reference, 8x firm-briefing, sail-seo web skills, Eve demand skills, brand reference docs) still referenced the retired #F89C22. This removes the drift.

Intentionally NOT changed (gray-area, left for Sam)

• references/deprecated.md (historical record) and brand-consolidation-auditor detection patterns (they intentionally hunt for legacy f89c22).
• Live Salesforce LWC CSS (attorney hubs, RingCentral panel, marketing panels), sail-spanish-lp app, review-slider asset CSS, dashboard JSON payloads, content backups, ai-visibility/Daily audits, raw notion logs, litify-spring-cleaning dump. These are live code / data / historical, not skills, and several need their own deploy.

QA

• 48 target files; 0 unintended retired-orange refs remain (only the 2 intentional auditor detection patterns).
• ~200 Foundry refs now present. No em dashes introduced (one was removed in AI-CONVENTIONS).

Rollback

Full pre-change backup: ~/Documents/Codex/foundry-migration-2026-05-31/backup/ (mirrors repo paths) + ROLLBACK-README.md + filelist.txt. Git: Repos/projects (9afbc4a) and Repos/sail-hr (074899d) committed; remaining repos have working-tree changes uncommitted due to the known Cowork .git/index.lock sandbox issue. Commit on Sam's Mac or via _utilities/git-safe-push; or git checkout -- <path> / restore from backup to revert.

Handoff / pending

1. Commit the remaining working-tree changes from a non-sandbox shell (lock issue is Cowork-only per CLAUDE.md).
2. Sam decision: extend Foundry to live Salesforce LWC CSS, the Spanish LP app, dashboards, and brand audit/historical docs (would each need their own deploy/review).
3. The read-only Cowork skills mount still shows old #F89C22 until Sam re-syncs skills to his Mac.
