• Ran sweep.py against 10 source folders with HOME mapped to the Cowork mount so ~ source paths resolved.
• Copied in: 281 new files. Skipped (already had, identical hash): 7,076. Deduped: 0. Failures: 37.
• Canonical now holds 4,342 unique files (over the 2,000-file flag in the skill — a- Review/ triage is overdue).
• Completed the MANDATORY visual sanity check: read 3 sample images for each of the 21 flagged prefix groups and wrote verdicts to _archive/VISUAL-REVIEW-RESULTS-2026-06-01-1206.md.
• Applied NO bulk renames and NO subfolder proposals (firewall held). Originals in source folders untouched.
