- Loaded Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, Teams, and Notion workflow guidance.
- Checked Outlook calendars and identified
SAIL Boat as the best source for daily OOO, WFH, after-hours intake, birthdays, and office logistics.
- Confirmed the recurring Huddle calendar event and Teams huddle-related announcements can support internal reminder cards.
- Checked Outlook email history and found Accounting Recap emails plus linked Salesforce reports as strong sources for settlement and fee cards.
- Found existing Google Reviews infrastructure in local Litify/Zapier handoff notes:
Review__c, Louisville Zap, and pending Lexington/backfill items.
- Verified OptiSigns product capabilities from current sources: OptiStick, schedules/playlists, Google Sheets, Google Reviews Wall, Microsoft Teams display, and GraphQL API support.
- Created a card and schedule plan covering Today at SAIL, OOO, settlement wins, rolling 30 leaderboards, Google reviews, huddle announcements, community events, and quiet legal-ops aggregates.
Important Findings
- Ready sources: SAIL Boat calendar, Huddle calendar, Accounting Recap emails, linked Salesforce reports, Lit Events calendar for aggregate-only counts, and OptiSigns scheduling/playback features.
- Partially ready sources: Teams targeted search works, but full recent-thread listing is blocked by missing Microsoft Graph scopes. Google Reviews sync exists, but the latest local handoff showed Lexington and backfill still pending as of 2026-05-05.
- Privacy guardrail: do not show raw Teams chat, client names, case names, detailed litigation deadlines, or confidential settlement details on office TVs.
- Recommended implementation: private 1920x1080 dashboard routes assigned into OptiSigns playlists and schedules, with OptiSigns native apps used as backups or interim tools.
Reason For Ending Session
The discovery, planning document, product lookup, and Notion handoff are complete. The actual dashboard build and OptiSigns configuration have not started yet because that is the next execution phase.
