The rendered '...Forbes Best-In-State 2025. $0 out of pocket.' is injected at ORIGIN (cf DYNAMIC), NOT page-54 data, NOT WP Rocket, NOT in any file/option/page-54 meta. Substring lives only on nav_menu_item 30405 and Frankfort page 8681. Pre-existing; source not yet pinned (likely a rank_math/frontend/description filter in /plugins, Redis object cache, or a concurrent SEO edit). Did NOT edit data since 54 is already correct.
