Sam selected option C from the prior self-audit: search the wider filesystem for renamed copies of the 12 missing local-only paths from the Foundry cleanup chain.

Work Completed

• Searched /Users/samaguiar/Documents and /Users/samaguiar/Downloads recursively, pruning code-project and dependency folders.
• Scanned 10,938 candidate text/design files.
• Found candidate matches for all 12 missing local paths.
• Updated only plausible active design candidates with deprecated-orange hits.
• Left Downloads source dumps, from-Downloads, Duplicates, Projects/admin/scratch, historical exports, and canonical-clean duplicates untouched.
• Updated 25 active-looking renamed-copy files to Foundry values.
• Added and pushed evidence reports to sail-design-library.
