Summary

Fixed the four live intake form surfaces still outside the homepage/custom intake class contract. The live WordPress patch was applied to Kadence Element 62671, Attribution Capture - Google Ads GCLID and UTMs, through authenticated REST, not by editing the four page bodies.

What Shipped

• Expanded the Kadence FORM_SELECTOR to include form.sa-homepage-custom-form, form.sa-custom-contact-intake-form, form.sa-inline-form, form.sa-cta-banner-form, form.sa-lp-form, form[data-rest-endpoint*='/sal/v1/contact-intake'], form[data-rest-endpoint*='contact-intake'], and form#contact-form.
• Added runtime normalization so matched intake variants receive sa-custom-contact-intake-form when they do not already carry the homepage/custom approved class.
• Preserved the existing live submit-handler logic, including default REST endpoint, success and error redirects, and REST submit attachment.
• Flushed the live WordPress cache after the REST update.
• Aligned the local canonical deploy copy at Repos/sail-litify-hub-mdt/Litify_AI_Integration_Project/deploy/wordpress-attribution-capture-kadence-element.html with the patched live element source.
