Session objective

Continue the Nick Attorney Hub Agentforce build while improving agent usefulness across the other attorney hubs. The immediate user concern was that the front-facing Agent Query: A Resolution Cases 150+ Days card was not a common inquiry and did not help users understand how to leverage Agentforce.

What shipped

• Updated the generated Agentforce authoring bundles for Abigail, Austin, Jimmy, Jon, Nick, Payton, Terry, and Trent.
• Removed the retired 150-day A Resolution prompt pattern from the agent authoring surface and smoke scripts.
• Replaced it with more practical case movement questions, including open cases needing action, demand-ready cases missing data, client treatment check-ins, and settled-matter pattern review.
• Added document draft prep input and output schema files for Attorney_Hub_Document_Draft_Prep.
• Deployed the eight AiAuthoringBundle changes live to LITIFY_ORG in deploy 0AfUV000001Y3MH0A0 with 5 specified tests and 0 failures.
• Assigned Sam the narrow Attorney_Hub_Org_Wide_Knowledge permission set so leadership can use the org-wide insurance and adjuster knowledge path.
• Committed and pushed 742b955e3b2d7e5878f5b2428e8584d387655bd1 to branch codex/nick-agentforce-hub-2026-05-29, PR #9.
