Session objective

Continue the Nick Attorney Hub Agentforce build toward a fully usable, permissioned, tested, and deployable Agentforce section.

What changed

• Added scripts/run-nick-agentforce-preview-qa.mjs.
• The script validates Nick_Attorney_Hub_Agent, starts an Agentforce preview session against the authoring bundle, sends five realistic live-action utterances, verifies expected response markers, ends the preview session, and outputs a sanitized JSON QA report.
• Committed and pushed 4746802 Add Nick Agentforce live preview QA to branch codex/nick-agentforce-hub-2026-05-29.

Current QA evidence

• Live org read confirmed LITIFY_ORG is connected and Litify matter reads work.
• node scripts/run-nick-agentforce-qa.mjs --org LITIFY_ORG passed all five Apex smoke lanes.
• sf agent validate authoring-bundle --api-name Nick_Attorney_Hub_Agent --target-org LITIFY_ORG --json returned success true.
• node scripts/run-nick-agentforce-preview-qa.mjs --org LITIFY_ORG --mode live passed. It validated the bundle, started live preview, checked open matter triage, capability boundaries, report/dashboard advice, insurance knowledge, and document draft prep, then ended the session cleanly.
• sf agent preview sessions --target-org LITIFY_ORG --json returned no active sessions after QA.
• sf org list metadata --metadata-type Bot --target-org LITIFY_ORG --json still lists only Litify_Matter_Summary_Agent and Litify_Conflict_Check_Agent; no Nick Bot metadata exists yet.

Current blocker

A fresh publish attempt using sf agent publish authoring-bundle --api-name Nick_Attorney_Hub_Agent --target-org LITIFY_ORG --skip-retrieve --json failed again with ETIMEDOUT against https://test.api.salesforce.com/einstein/ai-agent/v1.1/authoring/agents. This confirms the remaining gap is the Salesforce Agentforce authoring publish endpoint, not the local Agent Script, Apex actions, or preview behavior.

Reason for ending this continuation

A concrete QA improvement was shipped and verified. The full goal remains active because publish and Bot creation are still not proven.
