Summary of work done

Added a second artifact to the Google LSA blank-Intake backfill routine so skip_no_phone_match rows are grouped by source_name and call date. Regenerated the same 2026-04-29 dry-run scope after the earlier 6-row apply so the grouped backlog is available for batch tracing.

What shipped

• Updated scripts/backfill-lsa-callrail-intake-links.mjs to emit lsa-callrail-intake-backfill-no-phone-groups.csv
• Updated the workflow doc and litify-integration-ops skill to reference the grouped artifact
• Logged the new artifact and first batch totals in the Litify environment diary
