Objective
Make roundtable review decisions usable from the Matter page and replace the misleading homepage/dashboard count with a report that shows the real pending roundtable queue.
What changed
- Moved the roundtable decision controls onto the Matter
Details page for active roundtables.
- Surfaced top-of-panel actions for
Approve to Drop, Approve to Refer, and Deny, with denial reason required.
- Added the review packet context the user wanted in the panel and report: matter/client display, incident date, and roundtable detail context.
- Created a new report for the full pending-roundtables list with decision stage and details instead of relying on the homepage dashboard count.

Rollback state
- Roll back by restoring the prior roundtable panel placement / button visibility and removing or reverting the new pending-roundtables report configuration.
- No separate rollback artifact path was recorded in the session.
Open follow-up
- User should validate the new Matter-level decision workflow against live roundtables and confirm the report replaces the old homepage count for daily use.
Pickup prompt
Open the live pending-roundtables report and one active roundtable Matter, confirm the button placement and denial-reason behavior, then capture any layout or field gaps still slowing review.
