Objective
Audit the last 24 hours of Codex rollouts and admin/session_logs for substantive work that lacked a SAIL Knowledge Base export, avoid duplicates, and refresh the direct review sheet Sam can act from.
Reviewed sources
- Codex rollout sessions for Outlook owner triage, Gmail triage, and prior sweeper catch-up passes.
- Projects session logs for Litify primary treatment provider work, Payton Hub recon, Litify web form logging, and Outlook Lit Events sync.
- Existing SAIL Knowledge Base entries and prior native Google Sheet review baselines.
What changed
- Confirmed the Litify and triage sessions in this window were already represented in SAIL Knowledge Base, including the earlier sweeper catch-up pages.
- Confirmed the prior Payton sync catch-up run had already created KB coverage for the Outlook Lit Events sync dry run and its own sweeper pass.
- Created this handoff page for the current verification pass so the review sheet includes the present run rather than relying on a later backfill.
- Rebuilt the review queue with current statuses for substantive sessions and non-substantive preflight logs.
Live systems and commands touched
- Notion SAIL Knowledge Base data source
collection://13d5d9db-4588-41bc-afa9-45ce9e23e56c
- Google Drive native Google Sheets import flow
- Microsoft Teams self-chat resolution and send attempt
- Local filesystem review under
/Users/samaguiar/.codex/sessions and /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/session_logs
- Local shell extraction of rollout JSONL summaries and session-log timestamps
Rollback and fallback state
- No destructive changes were made to source systems.
- If the sheet import had failed, the fallback deliverable path was
/Users/samaguiar/Documents/Codex/notion-session-export-sweeper/.
