What was done

1. Pulled the live page sitemap. Filtered to 75 location pages + 47 practice-area pages (45 subtypes + 2 hubs).
2. Built a Python scorer (score_ai_writing.py) that fetches each page, extracts main body, applies the canonical ai-writing-detection ruleset, the firm banned-phrase list, the cookie-cutter sub-header rule, and a sentence-rhythm variance check. Output: per-page score 0-100 (100 = sounds human).
3. Ran in parallel. 122/122 returned 200. 2 of the practice-area URLs returned <10 words of body and were flagged as empty stubs.
4. Aggregated. Produced markdown report + CSV + JSON dump in /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/.

Key numbers

• Locations: 75 pages, mean 73.8 / 100, median 77.8. 3 AI-leaning, 14 Mixed, 26 Mostly human, 32 Human.
• Practice subtypes: 45 pages, mean 93.3 / 100, median 93.7. All Human except one Mostly-human.
• Em-dashes portfolio-wide: 436 (430 on locations alone). 34 location pages have ≥5 em-dashes, 14 have ≥10. Owensboro 22, Kentucky landing 26, Madisonville 19, Hardinsburg 19.
• "dedicated team": 85 occurrences across 61 pages. Largest firm-banned phrase in the portfolio.
• Cookie-cutter "Frequently Asked Questions" H2: still on 28 location pages despite the existing web-content-* rule.
• AI vocabulary itself is fine (only 7 'comprehensive', 4 'crucial', 2 'underscore' portfolio-wide). The problem is mechanical, not vocabulary.
