Objective
Clarify the confusing Auto Cleared label. User asked whether it means clutter; final decision is to use Clutter only when the rule actually moves mail into the Outlook Clutter folder.
Changes Applied
- Created master category Clutter.
- Deleted master category Auto Cleared.
- Replaced Auto Cleared Senders to Clutter with Senders to Clutter.
- Senders to Clutter assigns Clutter, Marketing, and Notification; moves the 23 known low-risk senders to Inbox/Clutter; marks read; and stops further rules.
- Removed Auto Cleared from non-clutter routine rules. CallRail summary, daily unread summary, Salesforce report, and RingCentral text-message rules now use Notification only.
Verification
- py_compile exited 0 for /Users/samaguiar/.codex/automations/outlook-owner-triage/apply_gmail_like_outlook_config.py.
- Final dry-run reported no missing categories, no pending rule migrations, Senders to Clutter already configured, and no obsolete category cleanup remaining.
- Live Graph readback showed Clutter present, Auto Cleared absent, zero rules using Auto Cleared, one Senders to Clutter rule, zero old Auto Cleared Senders to Clutter rules, and checked rules enabled with hasError=false.
