Summary

Used the active May 16 image audit as the source of truth and rechecked all four pending rows live. The two P2 featured_media gaps were already fixed before this run: Amazon delivery is now featured_media=59394, and Louisville motorcycle is now featured_media=44903. Both render their hero images in public Playwright QA.

The Spanish pages also now have nonzero featured media: Louisville 44900, Lexington 44892. Lexington has a working custom hero and no live mutation was needed. Louisville had a working custom hero, but desktop QA still showed the H1 flush to the viewport edge (left=0). I made one scoped live CSS patch on page 63357, adding marker codex:image-audit-followup-2026-05-27:louisville-spanish-hero-inset. After QA, the desktop H1 starts at left=51, mobile stayed stable, and public cache-busted HTML includes the marker.

1. Update the image-audit detector so Spanish custom hero patterns do not get reflagged as missing .sa-hero when they have an H1, background image, and featured media.
