Sam selected A: run read-first dirty-tree triage, group by workstream, and propose commit, archive, or restore lanes with rollback.

I captured a rollback snapshot, classified the dirty tree by workstream, wrote a triage report, and updated the Codex QA queue. No files were staged, deleted, restored, moved, or committed.
