Objective
Audit the current last-24-hour session window after the earlier 2026-05-26 mail-triage sweeper pass, add any newly missing SAIL Knowledge Base coverage without duplicating existing exports, and refresh the direct review surface Sam actually uses.
What changed
- Reused the earlier sweeper memory and current 24-hour window instead of rerunning from stale assumptions.
- Confirmed
Litify primary treatment provider backfill - 2026-05-26 was already covered in the SAIL Knowledge Base, so it should stay a review-sheet row but not get a duplicate export.
- Created a new KB export for
Payton Hub data-hygiene recon - 2026-05-26 because the live Litify recon log had no matching KB page.
- Rebuilt the current-window review sheet so it includes already-covered sessions, the non-substantive advisory/look-up sessions, the new Payton Hub export, and this sweeper run itself.
- Re-ran local notification delivery and attempted Teams self-chat delivery again.
Commands and live systems touched
- Reviewed
/Users/samaguiar/.codex/sessions and /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/session_logs.
- Live systems: Notion SAIL Knowledge Base
collection://13d5d9db-4588-41bc-afa9-45ce9e23e56c, Google Drive import for native Google Sheets conversion, and Microsoft Teams connector for self-chat notification.
- Local review artifacts were written under
/Users/samaguiar/Documents/Codex/notion-session-export-sweeper/.
Rollback state
- Changes were additive only: new Notion pages, a fresh review-sheet artifact, and notification attempts.
- No existing KB entries were modified or deleted.
- If the review sheet needs to be replaced, the local CSV and the imported Google Sheet URL are the exact rollback/reference points for this run.
Open follow-up
- Teams write access remains blocked if the connector still lacks
ChatMessage.Send or Chat.ReadWrite.
- The review sheet remains the direct action surface and should be checked for any rows Sam wants continued immediately.
