Current State

Chrome visibility was restored for that session. The 10-minute Chrome visibility monitor was recommended to remain active so future disappearance events can be correlated with monitor logs.

No live business system changed. If the issue repeats, start with the existing chrome-window-visibility.sh workflow, then force-raise Chrome through System Events.
