Finding 1: three skill recommendations (1A missed-run check, 1B routine-log filter for Section B, 1C duplicate-title check) are now open for a third run with no v3.2.0 changelog or .bak copies. Today's data reinforces 1B: all 25 rows of Section B are recurring scheduled-task logs, zero genuine action items. Needs Follow-up backlog has climbed 692 to 706 to 714 across three pulses.

Finding 2: notion_paged_query.py VAULT_LOCATIONS hardcodes a stale, now-expired sandbox session path; the script's own vault fallback is dead inside a scheduled run. Dormant today (task body passes NOTION_API_KEY via env) but a skills-hygiene defect worth a low-risk fix.

Recommendation: ratify a v3.2.0 batch (1A, 1B, 1C plus the Finding 2 path fix), all additive, non-destructive, rollback-protected. Full options are in the QA queue file.
