Sam asked to expand the active Cowork skills library and local tool infrastructure. The session had three phases: (1) install the Anthropic frontend-design skill with firm-brand overrides, (2) clone 9 GitHub repos and install relevant MCPs, and (3) audit the full skill library for gaps, staleness, and drift, then install 8 additional marketing skills from the local ~/Projects/marketingskills/skills/ directory.
The overarching goal was to make the Cowork environment more capable for the firm's day-to-day marketing, ads, CRO, and web design work without requiring Sam to manually load skills or remember which ones exist.
Installed the Anthropic frontend-design skill to the active Cowork skills directory at /var/folders/hp/q2kbg8s15032b4dpnl7hx34r0000gn/T/claude-hostloop-plugins/9ce83e8f36721a9e/skills/frontend-design/. The skill guides creation of distinctive, production-grade frontend interfaces.
Appended a "Firm Overrides" section to the SKILL.md so that when used for aguiarinjurylawyers.com work, the firm brand rules (Aguiar Blue #0B212D, Aguiar Orange #F89C22, Poppins font, clean/professional aesthetic, Kadence compatibility) override the skill's default maximalist/brutalist tendencies. The creative latitude still applies in full for non-firm projects.
Also saved a copy to ~/Projects/marketingskills/skills/frontend-design/SKILL.md for persistence across sessions.
