Summary of work done

Updated the Command Center to treat MVA as the default page-1 lens. The Overview now shows MVA leads today, MVA signed MTD, CallRail calls, and spend status. Blended all-intake totals are no longer used as the homepage lead truth. Marketing spend MTD is labeled not final, and cost per signed MVA case is paused until invoice-clean spend is wired.

Live Litify mode now uses an auto accident filter against litify_pm__Case_Type__r.Name = 'Automobile Accident' and excludes Trucking plus Commercial Vehicle subtypes from the default MVA count. A live read returned 158 MVA intakes MTD and 7 MVA intakes missing Source at verification time. The MVA source chart now groups by granular Litify Source record instead of broad Source Type buckets like Internet, Other, or Advertisement.

Updated the Needs Attention language so missing source is framed as an MVA-specific problem, added a Generate MVA source handoff item, expanded connector inventory with Zapier MCP, Alert Communications, Meta Ads, Google Drive/Gmail, Cloudflare/Cloudways, and QuickBooks, and changed attorney-team rows away from zero Late and Gaps placeholders toward side-by-side meeting facts. In live mode, open case volume is shown and fees, settled, dropped, referred, and pre-lit time are marked pending until the right Attorney Hub fields are wired.

QA completed

Ran npm test, npm run lint, npm run build, live SOQL validation for the MVA filter, local browser QA at desktop and mobile widths, /api/dashboard-data validation, and hosted Render health plus authenticated HTML checks. Tests passed: 14. Build passed. Local mobile check had no horizontal overflow.

Reason for session ending

This correction is complete and deployed. The remaining work is the next build layer, not a blocker for this change.

Suggested next steps

A future agent could wire direct report-value reads for Sam's Dashboard and the Lexington 859/606 MVA reports, replace attorney-team pending fields with actual fees earned YTD, cases settled, cases dropped, cases referred, median fee, average pre-lit time on desk, and median pre-lit time on desk, and turn the handoff button into a real persisted handoff generator.

The next agent should be careful not to reintroduce blended lead totals or Source Type buckets on page 1. If a number includes non-MVA leads, label it as non-MVA or move it to a separate trucking, Spanish, Lexington, premises, or all-intake lane.
