This session began as "execute the cannibalization audit by rebuilding 5 pages" and pivoted when verification showed the audit is roughly one month stale. The real win is a near-miss avoided: all 5 target pages were already rebuilt April 23-24, 2026. Launching 5 parallel rebuild agents would have overwritten that work. Sam caught it and paused; verification confirmed it.

- Applied one safe metadata-only fix (Sam-authorized): /practice-areas/personal-injury/ (ID 10062). Content was already re-targeted to "Kentucky Motor Vehicle Accident Attorneys" but RankMath still targeted "personal injury attorney." Updated focus keyword, SEO title (54 chars), meta description (137 chars). Cloudways cache purged. Rollback file saved.
- Captured Sam's 4 new design inspirations (split hero, TOC bar, direct-address snippet, sidebar) plus 4 trust-strip mockups as a documented design-elements spec.
