Summary

Built the full Project Memory module for Sam's Operations Center. The module now has status filters, Notion-backed project rows, selected project detail, summary tiles, source links, tags, and an inline Generate handoff to complete button. The generated handoff is visible in the app for stalled and active work.

Also made the Memory constellation controls real. Macro, Mid, Micro, and Full now change graph scope, node count, canvas height, and link density. Added Claude Code, Claude chat, Cowork, Outlook and Teams, Perplexity, Google and Gmail, and Manus as recommended memory source cards. Pending connectors now show Connect now.

• Local API in live mode preserved Notion as the Project Memory source and returned 8 handoff prompts.
• Render /api/health returned status ok with Basic Auth configured.
• Render /api/dashboard-data returned mock mode, 8 Project Memory rows, Notion as project source, 13 memory sources, and 8 handoff prompts.
• Playwright desktop QA clicked Full layout, filtered stalled projects, selected RingCentral, and generated the handoff.
• Playwright mobile QA clicked Micro layout, filtered stalled projects, selected Google Ads, generated the handoff, and verified no document-level horizontal overflow.
