SAIL KB Daily Pulse - 2026-05-24
Importance: Low (routine daily automation). Status of work: Done. Three skill-improvement recommendations remain pending Sam's decision.
What ran
Daily 7 AM pulse over the SAIL Knowledge Base. notion_paged_query.py v3.1.0 walked all eight buckets via the Notion REST API; build_report.py v3 produced the report. All buckets exhausted with no cap hits, so counts are true totals.

Why the session ended
Scheduled task completed normally. No blockers, no fallbacks needed.
Open items pending Sam's decision (carried forward from 2026-05-23)
The 2026-05-23 run raised three skill improvements, all still QA: Open and not yet implemented:
- Missed-run check — flag any gap between today and the newest archived pulse. The May 21-22 skip is still uninstrumented; no gap occurred today.
- Routine-log filter for Section B — exclude recurring-task logs so Section B surfaces real action items. Reinforced today: Needs Follow-up rose +14 (692 to 706), in line with the ~15/day routine-log inflation.
- Same-title duplicate check — surface duplicate KB page titles in SUMMARY.
