Objective
Run the weekly competitor scrape against the curated 10-firm Louisville/Lexington PI list. Produce a triage report with action items so a follow-on agent can react before next Tuesday's gap run.
What was done
- Restored
competitor_scrape/scrape_runner.py from worktree loving-shaw-e9e771 (the canonical routines-build/ was empty — only outputs/ and .claude/ remained after recent cleanup).
- Ran weekly scrape: 10/10 competitors crawled, 10 articles found (all H&C).
- Ran 30-day context scrape: 32 articles total (H&C 20, Isaacs 12, others 0).
- Wrote inline triage report + handoff for action agent.
Headline findings
- Hughes & Coleman is the only firm sprinting. 20 pages in 30 days. They are reinforcing the KY car-accident hub (causes, types, teen driving) and fired a direct shot at our home keyword.
- 🔴 HIGH — Direct threat:
hughesandcoleman.com/find-best-car-accident-lawyer-louisville-ky/ (published 2026-05-13). We have no matching hub at aguiarinjurylawyers.com.
